- 13.5ml Cognac
12.5ml Bourbon or Rye
50ml Funkin William Pear Fruit Puree
25ml Cloudy Apply Juice
12.5ml Funkin Pure Pour Lemon
3 drops Syrup de Violet (if available) - Rocks Glass

Method - Shake & Pour
Steps
- Get a mixing glass add 37.5ml of Cognac followed by 12.5ml of Bourbon.
- Then add 50ml of Funkin William Pear Fruit Purée, 25ml cloudy apple juice and 12.5ml of Funkin Pure Pour Lemon.
- Add 3 drops of Syrup de Violet (if available)
- Fill mixing glass with ice, cover and shake firmly.
- Empty contents into an ice filled rocks glass.
- Garnish with mint sprigs down the side of the glass and float a Violet flower (if available)
- A really refreshing cocktail that definitely marks a special occasion!
