Very Berry Christmas Collins
Ingredients
- 50ml Gin
25ml Funkin Pomegranate Purée
25ml Funkin Blackberry Purée
12.5ml Funkin Raspberry Purée
15ml Funkin Pure Pour Lemon
10ml Funkin Grenadine Syrup
Top with soda. - Tall Collins Glass
- Red berries

- Blackberry , 1 kilo - £9.10
- Lemon , 1 kilo - £5.60
- Pomegranate , 1 kilo - £9.10
- Raspberry , 1 kilo - £7.18
- Grenadine , 70cl - £5.76
Method - Shake and pour then top with soda
Steps
- Take a mixing glass (a pint glass is perfect.
- Add 15ml of Funkin Pure Pour Lemon and 10ml of Funkin Grenadine Syrup.
- Now add 25ml of 25ml Funkin Pomegranate Purée, 25ml Funkin Blackberry Purée
and add 12.5ml Funkin Raspberry Purée.
Next add 50ml of your favourite Gin and fill the mixing glass with ice. Cover and shake firmly. Shake it like a Polaroid picture! - Take a tall Collins Glass and fill with ice and single strain straight into the glass. If necessary tap strainer to help contents through.
- Top up with a splash of soda water.
- Garnish with some red berries.
