Method - Shake and Strain

Steps

• Take one Martini glass, fill with ice and water. Leave to chill.
• Get a mixing glass (a pint glass is perfect)add 50ml of Havana Club followed by 20ml of funkin Pure Pour Lime Juice.
• Then add 25ml of funkin Strawberry Fruit Purée and 10ml of funkin Sugar Cane Syrup.
• Fill the mixing glass with ice, cover and shake firmly, go on give it some welly!
• Pour out the ice and water of the now chilled Martini glass.
• Double strain the contents of mixer into Martini glass. If necessary tap strainer to help contents through.
• Garnish with strawberries on the side of the glass.
• Now enjoy your sumptious Strawberry Daiquiri Cocktail.
