Method - Shake & Double Strain

Steps

• Take one Martini glass, fill with ice and water. Leave to chill.
• Get a mixing glass, add 37.5ml of Citron Vodka followed by 12.5ml of Creme de Fraise.
• Then add 25ml of Funkin Strawberry Fruit Purée and 25ml of fresh Cranberry Juice.
• Fill mixing glass with ice, cover and shake firmly.
• Empty contents of the now chilled Martini glass.
• Double strain the contents of mixer into Martini glass. If necessary tap strainer to help contents through.
• Garnish with a flamed orange peel on the side of the glass.
