Method - Shake and Strain

Steps

• Take one old fashioned glass, fill with ice and water. Leave to chill.
• Get a mixing glass (pint glass) add 40ml of Vanilla Vodka followed by 20ml of Edmond Briottet Fraise de Bois.
• Then add 1tbsp of funkin Strawberry Fruit Purée, 1 tbsp of Marscapone Cheese and 30ml of milk
• Fill mixing glass with ice, cover and shake firmly.
• Empty contents of the now chilled Old Fashioned glass.
• Strain the contents of mixer into the garnished glass. If necessary tap strainer to help contents through.
• One fruity Strawberry Cheesecake Cocktail to inject some sweetness into your party.
