25ml Funkin Peach Purée
25ml Funkin Strawberry purée
25ml Funkin Pure Pour Lemon
dash Funkin Lime Juice
10ml Sugar Syrup

- Crushed Ice, Mixed Fruit

- Lemon , 1 kilo - £5.60
- Lime , 1 kilo - £6.00
- Strawberry , 1 kilo - £6.40
- White Peach , 1 kilo - £6.15
- Sugar Cane , 70cl - £6.83
Method - Shake and Strain
Steps
- Pour spirit, juices, mixer and other ingredients into the shaker
- Fill the shaker with ice
- Seal and shake for 30 seconds until chilled
- Fill the glass with fresh ice
- Strain the cocktail from the shaker into the glass making sure the ice in the shaker does not go into the glass
- Add garnish
- Serve and enjoy!
