Method - Shake and Strain

Steps

• Take one Martini glass, fill with ice and water. Leave to chill.
• Get a mixing glass, add 50ml of Rum followed by 15ml of funkin Pure Pour Lemon Juice. Then add 30ml of funkin Blueberry Purée.
• Lastly add 15ml of funkin Sugar Cane Syrup and 30ml of Sangiovese Rose Wine.
• Fill mixing glass with ice, cover and shake firmly.
• Empty contents of the now chilled Martini glass.
• Double strain the contents of mixer into Martini glass. If necessary tap strainer to help contents through.
• Garnish with a lemon peel on the side of the glass.
• Serve up something different with this Roses Are Blue Cocktail.
