Roof Garden Martini
Ingredients
- 35 ml Funkin Blueberry Purée
10 ml Funkin Sugar Cane Syrup
5 ml Funkin Pure Pour Lemon
10 ml Plymouth Sloe Gin
40 ml Gin - Martini Glass
- Lemon Peel

- Blueberry , 1 kilo - £9.40
- Lemon , 1 kilo - £5.60
- Sugar Cane , 70cl - £6.83
Method - Shake and Double Strain
Steps
- Take one Martini glass, fill with ice and water. Leave to chill.
- Get a mixing glass (a pint glass is perfect)add 40ml of Gin followed by 10ml of Sloe Gin.
- Then add 35ml of Funkin Blueberry Fruit Purée, 10ml of Funkin Sugar Cane Syrup and 5ml of Funkin Pure Pour Lemon.
- Fill mixing glass with ice, cover and shake firmly.
- Empty contents of the now chilled Martini glass.
- Double strain the contents of the mixer into the Martini glass. If necessary tap strainer to help contents through.
- Garnish with a lemon peel on the side of the glass.
