Raspberry Rum and Retto
Ingredients
- 40ml Gold Rum
15ml Amaretto
60ml Funkin Raspberry Fruit Puree
15ml Funkin Pure Pour Lemon Juice
15ml Funkin Pure Pour Lime Juice
15ml Funkin Cane Sugar Syrup
A dash of Chambord - Rocks
- Raspberry and Lemon Slice

- Lemon , 1 kilo - £5.60
- Lime , 1 kilo - £6.00
- Raspberry , 1 kilo - £7.18
- Sugar Cane , 70cl - £6.83
Method - Shake and Strain
Steps
- Take one Martini glass, fill with ice and water. Leave to chill.
- Get a mixing glass, add 40ml of Gold Rum followed by 15ml of Amaretto. Add 60ml of Funkin Raspberry Fruit Purée.
- Then add 15ml Funkin Pure Pour Lime Juice and 15ml of Funkin Pure Pour Lemon Juice. Lastly add 15ml of Funkin Sugar Cane Syrup and a dash of Chambord.
- Fill mixing glass with ice, cover and shake firmly.
- Empty contents of the now chilled Martini glass.
- Double strain the contents of mixer into Martini glass. If necessary tap strainer to help contents through.
- Garnish with a Lemon Slice on the side of the glass and some floating raspberries.
- One Raspberry Rum and Retto Cocktail to impress your guest.
