Raspberry Mojito
Ingredients
- 40ml White Rum
35ml Funkin Raspberry Fruit Purée
15ml Funkin Sugar Cane Syrup
15-20 Mint Leaves
1 whole lime cubed
Top up with Soda
Crushed Ice - High Ball

Method - Build and Stir
Steps
- Take a high ball glass muddle cubes from 1 whole lime and the slapped mint leaves into the bottom of the glass.
- Add 25ml of Funkin Raspberry Purée and 40ml of White Rum.
- Next add 15ml of funkin Sugar Cane Syrup then fill the glass with crushed ice.
- Stir all ingredients together then add more crushed ice to serve.
- Top up with Soda and a final helping of crushed ice.
- Garnish with raspberries and blackberries on the top of the cocktail.
