Method - Build and shake

Steps

• Take a mixing glass (a pint glass is perfect. Squeeze 3 lemon wedges and drop in the glass.
• Add 15ml of Funkin Sugar Cane Syrup and 25ml of Funkin Raspberry fruit purée.
  
  Next add 50ml of your favourite Gin and fill the mixing glass with ice. Cover and shake firmly. Shake it like a Polaroid picture!
• Take a tall Collins Glass and fill with ice and single strain straight into the glass. If necessary tap strainer to help contents through.
• Top up with a splash of soda water.
• Garnish with a Lemon wedge on the side of the glass.
• You have just made the most delicious Funkin Raspberry Collins Cocktail, Bottoms Up!
