Pomegranate Julep

Ingredients
  • 60ml Bourbon
    10ml Mint Leaves
    20ml Funkin Sugar Cane Syrup
    20ml Funkin Pure Pour Lemon
    25ml Funkin Pomegranate Purée
  • Glass
    • Martini Glass
    • Garnish

  • Lemon , 1 kilo - £5.60
  • Pomegranate , 1 kilo - £9.10
  • Sugar Cane , 70cl - £6.83

Steps
  • Take one Martini glass, fill with ice and water. Leave to chill.
  • Get a mixing glass, add 60ml of Bourbon followed by 20ml of Funkin Pure Pour Lemon Juice.
  • Then add 25ml of funkin Pomegranate Fruit Purée and 20ml of funkin Sugar Cane Syrup.
  • Lastly add 10ml of slapped mint leaves.
  • Fill mixing glass with ice, cover and shake firmly.
  • Empty contents of the now chilled Martini glass.
  • Strain the contents of mixer into Martini glass. If necessary tap strainer to help contents through.
  • Add lots of crushed ice, using a bar spoon churn the top of glass with crushed ice.
  • A Pomegranate Julep Cocktail to tantalise those tastebuds!
