Pineapple Batida
Ingredients
- 60ml Sagatiba Pura
30ml Funkin Pineapple Purée
50ml Condensed Milk
10ml Funkin Sugar Cane Syrup
10ml Funkin Pure Pour Lemon - Hurricane Glass
- 2 Pineapple leaves

- Lemon , 1 kilo - £5.60
- Pineapple , 1 kilo - £7.90
- Sugar Cane , 70cl - £6.83
Method - Shake and Strain
Steps
- Take one Hurricane glass, fill with ice and water. Leave to chill.
- Get a mixing glass, add 60ml of Sagatiba Pura followed by 10ml of Funkin Pure Pour Lemon Juice.
- Then add 30ml of Funkin Pineapple Fruit Purée and 50ml of condensed milk.
- Lastly add 15ml of Funkin Sugar Cane Syrup.
- Fill mixing glass with ice, cover and shake firmly.
- Empty contents of the now chilled Hurricane glass.
- Strain the contents of mixer into Hurricane glass. If necessary tap strainer to help contents through.
- Garnish with 2 pineapple leaves down the side of the glass.
- One fruity Pineapple Batida Cocktail to inject some sunshine into your party.
