Ingredients
  • 40ml Gold Rum
    15ml Coconut Rum
    35ml Funkin Pineapple Purée
    50ml Coconut Cream
    • Glass
    • Hurricane Glass
      • Garnish
      • Pineapple Leaves and a Cherry

Method - Blend

Steps
  • Pour 1 cup of ice into an electric blender.
  • Add 40ml Gold Rum and 15ml Coconut Rum.
  • Next add 80ml funkin Pineapple Purée followed by 50ml coconut cream
  • Cover and blend on high speed then pour straight into the Hurricane Glass.
  • Garnish with a pineapple wedge on the side of the glass and drop a cherry or two on the top.
  • Drift off to the tropics with a Pina Colada Cocktail.
