Pina Colada
Ingredients
- 40ml Gold Rum
15ml Coconut Rum
35ml Funkin Pineapple Purée
50ml Coconut Cream
- Hurricane Glass
- Pineapple Leaves and a Cherry

Method - Blend
Steps
- Pour 1 cup of ice into an electric blender.
- Add 40ml Gold Rum and 15ml Coconut Rum.
- Next add 80ml funkin Pineapple Purée followed by 50ml coconut cream
- Cover and blend on high speed then pour straight into the Hurricane Glass.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge on the side of the glass and drop a cherry or two on the top.
- Drift off to the tropics with a Pina Colada Cocktail.
