Passionfruit and Basil Caipirinha

- 60ml Sagatibe Velha
7-8 Basil Leaves
30ml Funkin Purepour Lime
30ml Funkin Passionfruit Purée
20ml Funkin Passionfruit Syrup - Old Fashioned

- Lime , 1 kilo - £6.00
- Passion Fruit , 1 kilo - £7.05
- Passion Fruit Syrup , 70cl - £5.55
Method - Shake and Pour
Steps
- Take one old fashioned glass, fill with ice and water. Leave to chill.
- Get a mixing glass, add 60ml of Sagatibe Velha followed by 30ml of funkin Pure Pour Lime Juice.
- Then add 30ml of funkin Passionfruit Purée and 20ml funkin Passionfruit syrup. Lastly add 7-8 chopped basil leaves.
- Fill mixing glass with ice, cover and shake firmly.
- Empty contents of the now chilled old fashioned glass.
- Pour entire contents into the glass and top up with more ice.
- Enjoy the taste explosion of a Passionfruit & Basil Caipirinha Cocktail.
