15ml Funkin Passion Fruit Syrup
25 ml Funkin Passion Fruit Purée
50 ml Cachaca

- Passion Fruit Syrup , 70cl - £5.55
Method - Muddle, Blend and Stir
Steps
- Take a short glass and add cubes from 1 whole lime.
- Add 15ml of Funkin Passion Fruit Syrup, muddle gently with a pestle to extract the lime juice then top up the glass with crushed ice.
- Add 25ml of Funkin Passion Fruit Purée through the ice then add 50ml of Cachaca. Give it another quick stir then add more crushed ice.
- There you have it, one Funkin Passion Fruit Caipirinha Cocktail.
