25 ml Funkin Passion Fruit Purée
10 ml Funkin Pure Pour Lemon
5 ml Funkin Sugar Cane Syrup
50 ml Orange Juice

- Lemon , 1 kilo - £5.60
- Passion Fruit , 1 kilo - £7.05
- Sugar Cane , 70cl - £6.83
Method - Shake and Strain over fresh ice
Steps
- Take one Collins Glass, fill with ice and water. Leave to chill.
- Get a mixing glass (a pint glass is perfect)add 50ml of Napoleon followed by 10ml of Funkin Pure Pour Lemon Juice. Then add 25ml of Funkin Passion Fruit Purée and 5ml of Funkin Sugar Cane Syrup.Now add 50ml of fresh orange juice.
- Fill mixing glass with ice, cover and shake it like you mean it!
- Empty contents of the now chilled Collins Glass.
- Double strain the contents of mixer into Brandy Glass. If necessary tap strainer to help contents through.
- Garnish with a Lemon Wheel on the side of the glass.
- You have now made the quirky Funkin Oscar Cocktail. Congratulations!
