Morello Cherry Sour
Ingredients
- 60ml Cherry Heering
30ml Funkin Purepour Lemon
20ml Funkin Sugar Cane Syrup
30ml Funkin Morello Cherry Purée
Crushed ice - Old Fashioned
- Black Cherry

- Lemon , 1 kilo - £5.60
- Morello Cherry , 1 kilo - £7.90
- Sugar Cane , 70cl - £6.83
Method - Shake and Strain
Steps
- Get a mixing glass, add 60ml of Cherry Heering followed by 30ml of funkin Pure Pour Lemon Juice. Then add 25ml of funkin Morello Cherry Fruit Purée.
- Lastly add 20ml of funkin Sugar Cane Syrup.
- Fill mixing glass with ice, cover and shake firmly.
- Fill the glass with crushed ice.
- Strain the contents of the mixer over the crushed ice. If necessary tap strainer to help contents through.
- Garnish with a Black Cherry in the bottom of the glass.
- One perfect Morello Cherry Sour.
