Method - Build and Stir

Steps

• Take a high ball glass muddle cubes from 1 whole lime and the slapped mint leaves into the bottom of the glass.
• Add 25ml of funkin Lime Fruit Puree and 40ml of White Rum.
• Next add 15ml of funkin Sugar Cane Syrup then fill the glass with crushed ice.
• Stir all ingredients together then add more crushed ice to serve.
• Garnish with mint sprigs stuck down the side of the glass.
• That is all there is to probably the most popular cocktail of the moment!
