- 40ml Ciroc
20ml Xante Pear Cognac
10ml Tio Pepe
20ml Funkin Sugar Cane Syrup
30ml Funkin Pear Fruit Puree
5 Sage Leaves - Martini Glass

Method - Shake and Double Strain
Steps
- Take one Martini glass, fill with ice and water. Leave to chill.
- Get a mixing glass, add 40ml of Ciroc, 20ml of Xante Pear Cognac followed by 10ml of Tio Pepe.
- Then add 30ml of Funkin Pear Fruit Purée and 20ml of funkin Sugar Cane Syrup Lastly add 5 crushed sage leaves.
- Fill mixing glass with ice, cover and shake firmly.
- Empty contents of the now chilled Martini glass.
- Double strain the contents of mixer into Martini glass. If necessary tap strainer to help contents through.
- Garnish with a floating sage leaf on the top of the glass.
- One rare and unique Mockingbird Cocktail.
