Method - Shake and Strain

Steps

• Take one Martini glass, fill with ice and water. Leave to chill.
• Get a mixing glass, add 40ml of Tequila followed by 35ml of funkin Lime Fruit Puree.
• Lastly add 20ml of Triple Sec.
• Fill mixing glass with ice, cover and shake firmly.
• Empty contents of the now chilled Martini glass and run lime round the rim of the glass before dipping in salt.
• Double strain the contents of mixer into Martini glass. If necessary tap strainer to help contents through.
• Garnish with a thick Lime Wedge on the side of the glass.
• The Mexican Margarita Cocktail is now complete.
