Mango Daiquiri
Ingredients
- 35 ml Funkin Mango Fruit Purée
50 ml Havana Club
20 ml Funkin Pure Pour Lime
10 ml Funkin Sugar Cane Syrup
- Martini Glass
- Mango wedge

- Lime , 1 kilo - £6.00
- Mango , 1 kilo - £7.25
- Sugar Cane , 70cl - £6.83
Method - Shake and Double Strain
Steps
- Take one Martini glass, fill with ice and water. Leave to chill.
- Get a mixing glass (a pint glass is perfect)add 50ml of Havana Club followed by 20ml of Funkin Pure Pour Lime Juice.
- Then add 25ml of Funkin Mango Fruit Purée and 10ml of Funkin Sugar Cane Syrup.
- Fill the mixing glass with ice, cover and shake firmly, go on give it some welly!
- Pour out the ice and water of the now chilled Martini glass.
- Double strain the contents of mixer into Martini glass. If necessary tap strainer to help contents through.
- Garnish with a Mango Wedge on the side of the glass.
- Now enjoy your tropical Mango Daiquiri.
