Mango Caipirinha
Ingredients
- 50 ml Cachaca
1 whole lime muddled
15 ml Funkin Sugar Cane Syrup
25 ml Funkin Mango Purée

Method - Build
Steps
- Take a short glass and add cubes from 1 whole lime.
- Add 15ml of Funkin Sugar Cane Syrup, muddle gently with a pestle to extract the lime juice then top up the glass with lots of crushed ice.
- Add 25ml of Funkin Mango Purée through the ice then add 50ml of Cachaca. Give it another quick stir then add more crushed ice.
