Ingredients
- 60ml Dsrk Rum
30ml Funkin Peach Fruit Purée
15ml Funkin Pure Pour Lemon
15ml Funkin Sugar Cane Syrup
10-12 Mint Leaves
Crushed Ice - Collins

- Apricot , 1 kilo - £5.50
- Lemon , 1 kilo - £5.60
- White Peach , 1 kilo - £6.15
- Sugar Cane , 70cl - £6.83
Method - Shake and Strain
Steps
- Take one old fashioned glass, fill with ice and water. Leave to chill.
- Get a mixing glass, add 60ml of Havana Especial followed by 15ml of Funkin Pure Pour Lemon Juice.
- Then add 30ml of funkin Peach Fruit Purée and 10-12 slapped mint leaves.
- Lastly add 15ml of funkin Sugar Cane Syrup.
- Fill mixing glass with ice, cover and shake firmly.
- Empty contents of the now chilled Old Fashioned glass and fill with crushed ice.
- Strain the contents of mixer into the glass over the crushed ice. If necessary tap strainer to help contents through.
- Garnish with a mint sprig.
- Life sure is a Peach with this fruity Cocktail flavour!
