Method - Shake and Strain

Steps

• Take one Champagne Flute, fill with ice and water. Leave to chill.
• Get a mixing glass (pint glass) add 40ml of Vodka followed by 20ml of Kwai Feh Lychee liqueur.
• Then add 40ml of Funkin Kiwi Fruit Purée and add 40ml of fresh apple juice.
• Fill mixing glass with ice, cover and shake firmly, really blend those flavours!
• Empty contents of the now chilled Champagne Flute.
• Double strain the contents of the mixer into the Champagne Flute. If necessary tap strainer to help contents through.
• Garnish with a slice of Kiwi on the side of the glass.
• One Kiwichi Green Cocktail full of Eastern Promise.
