Jamaican Berry Mule
Ingredients
- 20 ml Funkin Raspberry Purée
20 ml Funkin Strawberry Purée
50 ml Rum
20 ml Funkin Pure Pour Lime
Top with Ginger Beer - Tall Collins Glass

- Lime , 1 kilo - £6.00
- Raspberry , 1 kilo - £7.18
- Strawberry , 1 kilo - £6.40
Method - Shake and Strain over ice. Top with Ginger Beer.
Steps
- Take one Collins glass and fill with ice.
- Add 50ml of Rum followed by 20ml of funkin Pure Pour Lime Juice. Then add 20ml of Funkin Raspberry Fruit Purée and 20ml of Funkin Strawberry Fruit Puree.
- Top up the glass with ginger beer and gently stir.
- Garnish with a lime wedge on the side of the glass.
- Now enjoy a deliciously tropical Funkin Jamaican Berry Mule Cocktail.
