Ingredients
- 25ml Whiskey
20ml Lemon Juice
1 clove
25ml Funkin passionfruit purée
15ml Funkin passionfruit syrup - Collins glass

- Passion Fruit , 1 kilo - £7.05
- Passion Fruit Syrup , 70cl - £5.55
Method - Shake and pour into a collins glass. Top with boiling water.
Steps
- Get a mixing glass, add 25ml of Whisky followed by 20ml of Funkin Pure Pour Lemon Juice.
- Add 25ml of funkin Passion Fruit Purée, 25ml of funkin Passion Fruit Syrup and 1 crushed clove.
- Cover the mixing glass and shake firmly.
- Pour the contents of the mixer into Toddy glass and top up with boiling hot water.
- One warm and cosy Hot Passion Toddy Cocktail.
