- 40ml White Rum
20ml Koko Kanu
80ml Funkin Banana Puree
40ml funkin Pineapple Purée
40ml Guava Nectar
1 Cup Crushed Ice - Hurricane Glass
- A pineapple wedge and a cherry

- Banana , 1 kilo - £6.55
- Pineapple , 1 kilo - £7.90
Method - Blend
Steps
- Pour 1 cup of ice into an electric blender.
- Add 40ml White Rum, 20ml Koko Kanu and 40ml Guava Necta.
- Next add 80ml funkin Banana Puree followed by 40ml funkin Pineapple Puree.
- Cover and blend on high speed then pour straight into the Hurricane Glass.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge on the side of the glass and drop a cherry or two on the top.
- Drift off to the sunshine with a Hawaiian Tropic Cocktail.
