Method - Shake and Strain

Steps

• Take one Martini glass, fill with ice and water. Leave to chill.
• Get a mixing glass (pint glass) add 20ml of 42 Below Feijoa followed by 20ml of 42 Below Manuka Honey and20ml of Zubrowka.
• Then add 40ml of Funkin Green Apple Purée and 15ml of Acacia Honey.
• Fill mixing glass with ice, cover and shake firmly.
• Empty contents of the now chilled Martini glass.
• Double strain the contents of mixer into Martini glass. If necessary tap strainer to help contents through.
• Garnish with cinnamon sugar on the rim of the Martini glass.
• Voila, one delicious Green Apple Funktini Cocktail!
