Ingredients
- 40 ml Vodka
20 ml Chambord Raspberry Liqueur
25 ml Funkin Pineapple Purée - Martini Glass
- Orange Peel

Method - Shake and Double Strain
Steps
- Take one Martini glass, fill with ice and water. Leave to chill.
- Get a mixing glass (a pint glass is perfect)add 50ml of Vodka followed by 20ml of Chambord Raspberry Liqueur.
- Then add 25ml of Funkin Pineapple Fruit Purée.
- Fill mixing glass with ice, cover and shake firmly.
- Empty contents of the now chilled Martini glass.
- Double strain the contents of the mixer into the Martini glass. If necessary tap strainer to help contents through.
- Garnish with an organge peel on the side of the glass.
- Voila the ultimate Funkin French Martini Cocktail.
