Method - Shake and Strain

Steps

• Take one Martini glass, fill with ice and water. Leave to chill.
• Get a mixing glass, add 30ml of Smirnoff Nordic Berries followed by 15ml of Funkin Sugar Cane Syrup.
• Then add 30ml of Funkin Mixed Berry Fruit Purée and 30ml of fresh cranberry juie.
• Fill mixing glass with ice, cover and shake firmly.
• Empty contents of the now chilled Martini glass.
• Strain the contents of mixer into Martini glass. If necessary tap strainer to help contents through.
• Top up with a splash of Rose Prosecco.
• Garnish with a flamed orange peel on the side of the glass.
• One cheeky Flirtini Cocktail.
