10ml Hibiscus Syrup
top Prosecco

Method - Layer
Steps
- Pour the purée into the base of the Champagne flute
- Pour in the Prosecco/Sparkling Wine along a bar spoon keeping the layers seperate
Once layered stir the purée gently until blended with the Proseco/Sparkling Wine (the drink mixes best when layered) - Serve and enjoy!
