Method - Shake and strain

Steps

• Take one short glass fill with ice and leave to chill.
• Take a mixing glass and add 50ml of Bourbpn and 25ml Funkin Strawberry Puree
• Then add 25ml Funkin Pure Pour Lemon Juice and 10ml runny honey
• Fill mixing glass with ice, cover firmly and shake
• Empty contents into the now chilled short glass
• Garnish with 1/2 a strawberry on the side of the glass and a mint sprig
• Happy Easter, enjoy a sweet Easter Honey cocktail
