Method - Shake and Double Strain

Steps

• Take one Martini glass, fill with ice and water. Leave to chill.
• Get a mixing glass, add 40ml of Vodka followed by 20ml of Triple Sec.
• Then add 25ml of Funkin Pure Pour Lime, 80ml of fresh Cranberry Juice and finish with 5ml of funkin Sugar Cane Syrup.
• Fill mixing glass with ice, cover and shake firmly.
• Empty contents of the now chilled Martini glass.
• Double strain the contents of mixer into Martini glass. If necessary tap strainer to help contents through.
• Garnish with a flamed orange peel on the side of the glass.
• That is how you make the classic party favourite, the Cosmopolitan Cocktail.
