Cherry Martini
Ingredients
- 35 ml Funkin Morello Cherry Purée
50 ml Vodka / Gin
5 ml Funkin Sugar Cane Syrup
5 ml Funkin Pure Pour Lemon - Martini Glass

- Lemon , 1 kilo - £5.60
- Morello Cherry , 1 kilo - £7.90
- Sugar Cane , 70cl - £6.83
Method - Shake and Double Strain
Steps
- Take one Martini glass, fill with ice and water. Leave to chill.
- Get a mixing glass, add 50ml of Vodka/Gin followed by 5ml of Funkin Pure Pour Lime Juice. Then add 25ml of Funkin Morello Cherry Fruit Purée. Lastly add 5ml of Funkin Sugar Cane Syrup.
- Fill mixing glass with ice, cover and shake firmly.
- Empty contents of the now chilled Martini glass.
- Double strain the contents of mixer into Martini glass. If necessary tap strainer to help contents through.
- Garnish with a lemon peel on the side of the glass.
- Voila one perfect Funkin Cherry Martini Cocktail.
