Method - Shake and Strain

Steps

• Take one Collins glass, fill with ice and water. Leave to chill.
• Get a mixing glass, add 40ml of Jack Daniels followed by 40ml of funkin Blackberry Fruit Purée.
• Then add 20ml Chambord and 150ml of Cranberry Juice.
• Fill mixing glass with ice, cover and shake firmly.
• Empty contents of the now chilled Collins glass.
• Strain the contents of mixer into the Collins glass. If necessary tap strainer to help contents through.
• Top up with a cup of crushed ice.
• Garnish with a zesty Lime wedge & sprinkle Blackberries on top.
• You are now the creator of the trendy Blackberry Funk Cocktail. Enjoy!
