Ingredients
- 35 ml Funkin Blackberry Purée
15 ml Funkin Pure Pour Lemon
50 ml Gin
12 ml Funkin Sugar cane Syrup

- Blackberry , 1 kilo - £9.10
- Lemon , 1 kilo - £5.60
- Sugar Cane , 70cl - £6.83
Method - Build and stir over crushed ice
Steps
- Take one Collins glass and fill with crushed ice.
- Add 50ml of Gin followed by 15ml of Funkin Pure Pour Lemon Juice. Then add 35ml of Funkin Blakberry Purée and 12ml Funkin Sugar Cane Syrup.
- Top up the glass with more crushed ice and gently stir.
- Garnish with a lemon wedge on the side of the glass.
- There you have it, a tasty Funkin Black Bramble Cocktail.
