Banana and Nutmeg Daiquiri
Ingredients
- 50 ml White Rum
15 ml Funkin Pure Pour Lime Juice
25 ml Funkin Banana purée
5 ml Funkin Sugar cane syrup - Martini Glass
- A dusting of fresh nutmeg

- Banana , 1 kilo - £6.55
- Lime , 1 kilo - £6.00
- Sugar Cane , 70cl - £6.83
Method - Shake and Strain
Steps
- Take one Martini glass, fill with ice and water. Leave to chill.
- Get a mixing glass (a pint glass is perfect) add 50ml of White Rum followed by 15ml of Funkin Pure Pour Lime Juice.
- Then add 25ml of funkin Banana Fruit Purée. Lastly add 5ml of Funkin Sugar Cane Syrup.
- Fill mixing glass with ice, cover and shake firmly.
- Empty contents of the now chilled martini glass.
- Double strain the contents of mixer into martini glass. If necessary tap strainer to help contents through.
- Garnish with a dusting of fresh nutmeg on the top of the glass.
- One perfect Banana and Nutmeg Daiquiri Cocktail.
