Method - Shake and Double Strain

Steps

• Fill martini glass with ice and water and set aside to chill
• Pour spirit, juices, mixer and other ingredients into the shaker
• Fill the shaker with ice
• Seal and shake for 30 seconds until chilled
• Pour out the ice and water from the chilled martini glass
• When straining from the shaker pour the cocktail through a seive to make sure no ice or solids enter the glass
• Serve and enjoy!
