Method - Build and Stir

Steps

• Take a high ball glass muddle cubes from 1 whole lime, slapped mint leaves and cinnamon sugar into the bottom of the glass.
• 
  Add 12.5ml of Funkin Blackcurrant Purée, 25ml of Funkin Green Apple Purée and 50ml of White Rum.
• Fill the glass with crushed ice.
• Stir all ingredients together then add more crushed ice to serve.
• Garnish with an apple slice on the rim of the glass and pop in a berry stick at the side.
• There you have it vampy Apple and Blackcurrent Mojito.
